*DOGS ONLY (UP TO 2 ALLOWED) – No cats or other pets. Dogs must be housebroken, under your control, and crated if left alone. Do not leave pets unattended at any time. Please clean up after your pet.

*QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM – Please respect neighbors and avoid loud noises.

*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Gatherings beyond registered guests are not permitted.

*NO COMMERCIAL PHOTOGRAPHY – Property may not be used for shoots or filming.

*NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY – Strictly prohibited inside and outside. A $500 ozonation fee will be assessed if found to be in violation of this house rule.
