This property is conveniently located less than 1 mile from Walla Walla University and downtown College Place and across the street from Lion's park. It is only 8 minutes from downtown Walla Walla and many of the local wineries. And only 13 minutes from Wine Valley Golf Club.

Our kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring not just one, but two ovens for all your cooking needs. There's also a large refrigerator to store your groceries, a microwave for quick meals, and a blender for whipping up tasty smoothies, a keurig with complimentary coffee pods. With a well-equipped kitchen like this, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy our complimentary WAFFLE BAR, complete with toppings and syrup! Look for the picture of the ingredients next to the waffle bar picture. The waffle mix is vegan but does have gluten. All the toppings are gluten free and vegan.

No need to worry about dishes – our handy dishwasher will take care of those for you. And when it's time to unwind, gather around the large dining table in the spacious kitchen area for a delicious meal together.

After dinner, head to the expansive living area where you'll find large, comfy sofas perfect for lounging. Need extra sleeping space? No problem – there's even a sofa bed for additional guests. And with large windows offering views of the private yard outside, you'll feel connected to nature without ever leaving the comfort of your home away from home.

While there's NO WASHER AND DRYER ONSITE, there is a large laundromat just 2 minutes away on College Avenue.

Say goodbye to lost keys – our keyless secure entry system makes coming and going a breeze. So come experience the relaxation and convenience of our vacation getaway, where comfort and adventure await just steps away from your front door.

W have a NEST thermostat system that we control remotely. Due to there being guests in the two apartments in the basement of the house, we have to make sure that the temperature doesn't get too cool for them. If the temperature is too warm for you, you can message us to lower the temperature for you if possible. You are also free to open the windows. The shoulder seasons often can get too warm in the upstairs.

We have a Hot Tub is available for your enjoyment with included hot tub towels. Please remember that there is a health risk associated with using this amenity. Please use at your own risk.

DO NOT STAND OR SIT ON HOT TUB COVERS. REMEMBER when not using the hot tub please keep the cover on and locked for safety.
Please keep in mind that quiet hours still apply, for the respect of our neighbors.
Please carefully unlock the safety strap before your use and please lock it again following your use for the safety of others.

Use the hot tub at your own risk.

HOT TUB RULES:
No glass items of any kind in the spa
No smoking
Leave floating chemical dispenser in the spa at all times.
Replace the cover and lock the safety strap after using hot tub.
Do not use if under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You are responsible for your actions while in the hot tub.
Do not use if you have high blood pressure or other health concerns.
Do not use if you are pregnant.
Do not use if you have open wounds or sores.
Do not use if you have bowel or bladder incontinence issues.

OTHER GUESTS IN HOUSE:
Lilac Suite is the upstairs suite. There are also two lower suites in the lower level. They should never interact with you. They enter from the back and you enter from the front. You have sole use of the driveway, EV charger, hot tub and seating on the deck in the back. You may hear them however, due to the walls being thin. They may also hear you. So please abide by the quiet hours for this reason. If you are wondering if there are guests in the lower units you may reach out to me and ask.
This home is conveniently located on a main thoroughfare between Home Depot and Wal-Mart. As a result there is road noise that can be heard from the kitchen and main bedroom. It is also directly across the street from Lion's Park. It is currently under construction but when it is done it will be lovely! (expected completion is late May 2025).

INSURANCE:
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Waivo to provide you with property protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

The Waivo insurance includes up to $3,000 of accidental damage coverage for property and contents damage. You are still responsible for any intentional damage or reckless damage. Thank you for understanding and respecting our home and furnishings.

Park in driveway at front of the house. Parking available for 2 vehicles. There is also parking in the back cul de sac for 2 cars.
EV Charging is available at the left side of the driveway. Please bring the appropriate charging connector for your vehicle.
You have a private deck upstairs to yourselves, with a hot tub, sofas and outdoor dining.
The main house living spaces are private.

We are in town, a few minutes away, and are available when needed. I will be as hands on or hands off as a guest desires.

✔️There may be other renters in the downstairs units. Because of this, we would appreciate honoring our quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am.
✔️We have a noise monitor that will alert you if it becomes too loud.
✔️It records the decibels but not any audio of conversations.

The upstairs patio outdoor space is beautiful, private, and shaded area, designed exclusively for your group’s use. You will park in the driveway and use the front door exclusively, which means you won’t need to access any areas shared with the possible other downstairs guests.

Quiet neighborhood across the street from a large park with walking paths, duck pond and playground.

The local grocery store and a delicious Mexican restaurant is a half mile away.

Booking Limitations:
✔️ Please rent this unit only for yourself and your group. ✔️No 3rd party rentals please, without permission. Unless you are part of Airbnb's work rental program. ✔️The responsible party must also be staying in the unit.

✔️No parties and no smoking, alcohol or drugs allowed please. We live in a tight neighborhood and want to be respectful to our neighbors.

✔️Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am please. There are up to 2 units rented below you who can hear you.

✔️We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests.

FIREPLACE
Fireplace will be out of season from 5/1 - 10/1. If you feel you need it during these dates please reach out to the host.

EV Charger:
In the driveway we have a 220 amp EV charger available. You will need to bring your own charging cable that is appropriate for your type of vehicle.

Parking:
There is room for 3 vehicles in the front driveway as well as parking in the back cul de sac, or in the street.

Hot Tub:
Please be aware that there is a cover with safety straps that need to remain locked for safety when not in use. Please use your own judgement when using the hot tub and use at your own risk.

Outdoor Cameras:
Security cameras are at both entrances to the house for your safety. They may be recording video or audio.

Noise Monitor:
There is a noise monitor that will notify you if the decibels exceeds reasonable levels. It records decibels not conversations.

Damage Deposit:
As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.

Rental Agreement:
A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you check in. It is for the purpose of obtaining your agreement to the house rules as well as for taking responsibility for the risks associated with amenities like the hot tub and BBQ as well as to acknowledge the extra costs incurred when the rules are not followed with these amenities.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
