This 1-bedroom suite features a brand-new, ultra-comfortable KING mattress for a restful night’s sleep. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, new microwave and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a coffee maker stocked with K-cup pods to kick-start your day.

This property is conveniently located less than 1 mile from Walla Walla University and downtown College Place and across the street from Lion's park. This park was newly renovated for the summer of 2025. It is only 3 miles from downtown Walla Walla and many of the local wineries, the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a meticulously designed interior that seamlessly combines contemporary aesthetics with practical functionality. The bedroom features a very comfortable King sized bed, ensuring that your nights are filled with personalized comfort and restful sleep. This beautifully remodeled unit has vinyl plank throughout. The entry is easy access from parking at the back of the house, up a short flight of stairs to the back patio or you can access it from the front of the house along the gently sloping sidewalk, 100% accessible.

OTHER GUESTS IN HOUSE:
Rosebud Suite is the downstairs suite. There is also one other lower level suite and an upstairs larger suite that may host other guests. The other guests should never interact with you. They enter from the front and the other entrance in the back. You may cross paths as you enter your unit. You may hear the other guests however, due to the walls being thin. They may also hear you. So please abide by the quiet hours for this reason.

Heating and Air Conditioning
Because there are guests upstairs we control the heating temperature. The upstairs is often too warm and the downstairs often too cool, especially in the summer. Due to yes we have a portable heater in the bedroom closet. Please feel free to use it if you are too cool. You can also reach out to us and see if we can bump up the temperature a bit for you. We are happy to help.

This home is conveniently located on a main thoroughfare between Home Depot and Wal-Mart. As a result there is road noise that can be heard from the bedroom. It is also directly across the street from Lion's Park, which was recently renovated in summer 2025.

INSURANCE:
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Waivo to provide you with property protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.

The Waivo insurance includes up to $3,000 of accidental damage coverage for property and contents damage. You are still responsible for any intentional damage or reckless damage. Thank you for understanding and respecting our home and furnishings.

The entire indoor space is private.
The back patio is a shared space with the neighbor unit.

We are in town, a few minutes away, and are available when needed. I will be as hands on or hands off as a guest desires.

There may be other renters in the upstairs suite and the next door suite. Because of this, we would appreciate honoring our quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am.

Safe and quiet neighborhood on one of the busiest streets in town. You are across the street from Lions Park. Large children’s play area, small creek and duck pond.

Booking Limitations:
✔️ Please rent this unit only for yourself and your group.
✔️No 3rd party rentals please, without permission. Unless you are part of Airbnb's work rental program.
✔️The responsible party must also be staying in the unit.
✔️No parties and no smoking, no alcohol and no drugs allowed please. We live in a tight neighborhood and want to be respectful to our neighbors.
✔️Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7 am please. There are up to 2 units rented above and next to you who can hear you.
✔️We are a shoeless house. We like to keep the house extra clean for you and future guests.
✔️No pets
✔️No candles or open flames

Parking:
There is parking in the back cul de sac, or in the street out front.

Outdoor Cameras:
Security cameras are at both entrances to the house for your safety. They may be recording video or audio.

Damage Deposit:
As part of your cleaning fee is included a damage waiver that will cover any accidental damage to the property during your stay. Intentional damage will be your responsibility.

Rental Agreement:
A link to our rental agreement will be sent to you to sign before you check in. This is for the purpose of obtaining agreement to the house rules.
