💳 DAMAGE & LIABILITY
✔ Damage Waiver Fee (instead of a security deposit): Covers accidental damage if reported before checkout.
✔ Guests are responsible for any unreported damages or damages exceeding $1,500.

✔ Use of hot tub is at your own risk (No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times.) Please ensure the cover remains locked when not in use, for safety.

You will have access to the entire home, including the separate game room, hot tub, fire pit and the entire fenced backyard.

You can reach out to me (Mindi) directly as your host. You will have the whole place to yourself and won't be interacting with me on a regular basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We follow the cancellation policy in place at the time you booked, as shown in your confirmation. If there is any chance you may need to cancel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at checkout. Refunds are not provided outside the booked policy for weather, illness, or travel disruptions.
